Nicola helps clients to understand how they can use the SFIA framework – the structure and content of the framework, how to build job profiles, how to map learning and other development activities to skills, how to create interview guides and build career pathways, particularly in the context of Lexonis’ software. Nicola also helps existing SFIA clients to transition from one version of SFIA to another.
Nicola captures client-specific software and project requirements, tailors solutions to the client’s need and prepares plans for their implementation with SFIA or other industry sector skill/competency frameworks. Information security is a particular specialisation for Nicola including development and implementation of policies, processes and operating procedures that are aligned with Lexonis’ ISO 27001 certification.
