Andy is a company director and principal consultant at Lexonis, with domain expertise in the competency and talent management arena.
Andy has worked on SFIA projects since 2002 and was part of the team that developed the first accredited SFIA software solution. He is a regular contributor to new versions of the framework and is considered to be a leading authority on the implementation of SFIA and also other technical and non-technical competency frameworks.
Andy has global and cross-industry experience; he has worked with notable institutes, public and private sector organisations, leading consulting projects and helping them to use technology systems to support the use of skill frameworks for a multitude of talent management applications.
