Ben Hedges

Ben is the delivery manager and a senior consultant at Lexonis. He leads many of Lexonis’ SFIA software implementation projects, gathering client requirements and working with the development team to configure Lexonis cloud-based solutions to meet them.

Ben has worked on SFIA projects since 2002 and was part of the team that developed the first accredited SFIA software solution. Through his continued involvement in Lexonis consulting projects, Ben has been responsible for the design of many innovative online consulting tools that enable Lexonis consultants and their clients to facilitate successful SFIA job profiling projects.
